How to become a inconsistent ?
What causes to be inconsistent ?
Suppose, you have been putting daily small efforts to achieve your desire goal and out of no such reason. Things slowed down and apparently you show no interest whatsoever due to multiple things at your hand.
Maybe you are not as excited to continue any longer.
Maybe you have not sense even a tiny victory since you started your way.
Maybe your focus have shifted to some other tasks.
Or maybe you have just quit.
While, expecting good outcome is a natural instict of human nature. Having said that, it requires a tremendous efforts of six to one year daily.
If you start something new - try to continue atleast six months before expecting result.
Whether it's about health, habits , skills , or creating or doing something new.
When you feel low.
Do little
Do it regularly.
Take a rest if you need , but never quit.
