An Engineer vs An Artist (Debate)

Why do we assume our work matters most and others' work matter less? 

The amount of superiority and admiration we have for our field and profession. Why can't we have at least a little appreciation for others?

An Architect thinks that he is building or designing the entire town so he holds the higher authority. The real fact is that workers are the main pillar in the field of construction.

A policeman ensures the safety of the town and maintains a peaceful environment. So does the soldier who happens to stay on guard relentlessly to ensure border safety.

An Engineer who believes that he is the main pillar of today's advanced technology. In reality, artists are the ones who are driving their sales via their enormous entertainment or creative materials such as videos, movies podcasts, writing, photography, and many more.

Artists are the real deal to add value to many businesses and yet neither they are being appreciated nor getting any acknowledgment.

So, the least we can do is to show some respect to every enthusiastic person and show some appreciation.

Because all are interconnected with each other and that's the beauty of diversity or having a different mindset.

Disclaimer: To be honest, we don't even give enough credit to scientists as well.
No scientist, no invention, no progress, no technology.
Hence Scientists are the real deal and exception in this case.

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively.
