How smart are you?
The smartest people are those who prioritise their health above everything.
And, they are the ones with action bias not speaking utterly.
The one who is consistently showing up every day and taking care of health in a perfect
Manner.
Furthermore, there is no lame or tedious excuse to make when it comes to health priority.
The myths:-
I don't have time
I don't have money to join a gym
I can't wake up early
Fitness is not for me
And, I'm perfectly fine.
We can delude ourselves with our pessimist behaviour and eventually destroy our health.
The irony is - if we don't have physical health, we have nothing.
Do something every day which suits your personality but do it consistently.
1)walk or running
2)Swimming or playing sports
3)Gym exercise
The ideal should be prioritizing every day for our health.
Whether we are improving our health every day or declining ourselves, however, we will not remain the same.
A healthy man seeks wealth and a wealthy man seeks health.
