The single most valubale yet have profound impact on my fitness area.
Invariably people hold back themselves because of lame excuse of not owning shoes.
Which in turn have negative consequences over long term
On the other hand , people who owned shoes are very convenient to go for walk ,run or joining the gym and soon begin exercise routine.
As silly as this topic seems has more importance in our life.
The sooner you get shoes the better your health will be.
And most importantly you are more likely to adopt healthy routine if any you have proper resource beginning from shoes.
