The theory is focusing on between owner and employee of any given organization.

Suppose you are a employee in your esteem company so it suggest you to be more like owner or atleast think and act in a way like founder does all day long.

"If you think like an owner and act like an owner ,it's only a matter of time until you become an owner "

The ideal is to be more like owner mindset even though you are just employee working for pay check.
However it will give you enormous benefits and experience which can lead to valuable position in long term career.

And , If you happen to be a owner of your organization then your ideal goal is to make every employees to think like you do.
Which says how can you make your employees to think and act in way where each employee give blood and sweat to this company.

Consequently, the other alternative is to allow them some sort of equity or shares of companies in order to send the message of belonging and togetherness.

Be honest,
Be transparent,
And be humble.

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
