Often we misinterpret the word fitness means- Anything which keeps your body fit is known as Fitness.
Presumably, everyone is unique in nature.
One Like to play sports to be fit.
One like to swim.
One like to workout in gym.
One like to run.
Or one like to walk.
My anecdotes :- Mostly walking and playing badminton. And recently begin working out in gym.
