Pause and Improve

Sometime we are not proud of ourselves.

Perhaps we treat someone poorly.

Invariably we didn't live upto our own ethical code.

we disrespected someone for merely silly reason.

It all boils down to our pure character.

That's why actions matters not intentions.

If we find ourself in such consequences then it is an indication to pause and improve ourselves.

Be the kind of person ,you wish you admire.

Or be the kind of person you feel proud to have in your life.

I would say:-

 "speak generously "

Walk "elegantly", and

 take care others "Sincerely".

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
