Just Show up!

 I'm not inspired enough to write any topic today.

However ,I'm showing for sake of consistency.

I belive we are way too much inconsistent.

My purpose of writing or starting the tag of 

"JUST SHOW UP "

Is to atleast show up even if you don't feel like it, show up for reading even if we are not motivated enough.

Finally ,show up even if we are least interested.

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
