Isolation

Whether we are social person or not.

Whether we are Extrovert or Introvert.

There is one unique habit we may have to cultivate.

And the sooner we realize it ,the better and more you content you will be with yourself.

Learn to utilize your time alone.

Learn to do activities without relying on anybody.

Learn to be isolated in order to grow.

We are constantly surrounded either by people or technological devices all the time.

How about we focus on growing or in other words Learn to enjoy our own company.

I firmly belive such habit can make alot easier.

Especially millennium,  who are very Introvert in nature.

There is also a question about what do I do alone ?

Here my list of activities how I spend time.

Reading

Writing

Thinking 

Relaxing

Creating, building

Meditation 

Walking 

And many more.


Furthermore , according to psychology such people aren't dependent on others in terms their happiness or joy.


Be alone that is the secret of invention and be alone that is when ideas are born...

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
