We are brainwashed since young age that inhaling stress for every little things could be perfect solution,

However ,in contrast the less you take things serious ,the more happier we become therefore more joy and fulfillment.

We are surrounded by anger ,outrage and busy people.

So ,often we get impression or influence by impersonating parallel behavior.

Let me describe the word "STRESS" Means ?

the usual fear situation being created in our mind constantly, perhaps it is trying to convince that you should do this ,and also that.

Stress states to be in 2 places at same time.

In addition to that we have been victimize and always following such disruptive suggestions.

You know what to do when you are in anger or in depression.


When you are in situations like depression ,stress ,uninspired or unhappy.
Have glass of water.
Go for walk.
Observe sunlight.
