Day one or one day

The Real problem begins with our bad habit of prioritizing smart phone over everything else.

Starting from children's,  Students , teenagers, adults ,parents teachers and employees.

They all have one thing common.

They spend way too much precious time on unproductive task which is pointless. In addition where we use less important task and more unimportant work.

Smartphone is nothing but to escape from reality and turn off our mind for a while.

Perhaps ,we may adopt or mold ourself to live few hours in a day without cell phone.

May be its the time to challenge ourself.

May be today would be the day one to embark our fresh journey upon.

May be we set our priorities and not indulge in flawed activities.

Once successful Entrepreneur said :- I'm here because I didn't watch any series or movies instead I used my time most of it.

And ,perhaps today would be the day one.

We all are playing games, some are playing stupid games  winning stupid prizes.

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
