Life is short ,we know deep down nobody is going to live 100 years or atleast 90 years for various reasons.

However ,we can do more things.

Things which inspire to do

Things which make us peaceful 

Things which we enjoy 


We do not have to suffer like everyone ,in order to live our life.

We can bend the rules or can make our own rules.

So ,make correct judgment.

Judgement about people.

Judgment about health and fitness.

And more importantly, judgment about where ,and what you want to work on.


Be Brave ,take risk ,Nothing can substitute real life experience.

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
