Why is it sometime we forget others have life too.

As David goggins says :-If you live a life with comfort,you are unlikely to get inspired to do something real in life.

We live in a wonderful Country where we have home ,we have family, we have friends, we have incredible Society.

More importantly we have "Clean water"

Although we don't seems to realize that we have got more than enough in our life. And yet we whine all the time.

Whenever I feel exhausted and disheartened about my life ,I think about people live in Africa.

People in African Countries have real problems ,have real issues and lots of lots of difficulties though they hardly could able to satisfy basic needs.

People in African countries struggle to achieve things:-

1.proper food

2.clean water

3.children education

4.proper shelter as well.

Now, consider our problems and try to compare with them.


Today ,I happened to watch suffrage in Africa and came across Charity water and got so overwhelmed.

The charity water is solving the clean water problems in African countries and making change in people's lives.

How about we address such issues and try to be a part, stand for a cause.

And it begins by saving water from home and keeping clean in our society and ensure to create awareness.

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
