 Instant Gratification?

We are living in a instant Gratification world.

Where you can able to get satisfy your needs in instantly. Technology has profoundly influenced the human being life.

(either at the moment or within short period of time)

Examples :-

a)want to buy, order something online and next day you will get delivered.

b)want to watch movie just stream netflix.

c)Even with Marriage proposal.

Everything became so fast and convenient, we require no patience to get something done.

Now the problem occurs. when we are implying this instant Gratification into our Profession, marriage and other stuff.

Getting job and getting married is great when we treat is as a journey rather Instant Gratification.

The problem with our job is not the company ,not the boss rather we are seeking out for instant Gratification.

Give time ,enjoy the process.

And look to create value.

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
