We often hear this sentence "nobody get Success over 1 night "

What does even mean ?

If refers to small wins within the context of our lives , we need to win small battles before making a victory in a war.

"Every action we take matters"

"Every decision matters"

"Every tiny moves matters"

"Even our small thoughts matters "

It will get into compound interest and add up to grow and grow over the long period of time.

If we walk around the street judging people based on the appearance soon will end up being negative mindset.

A person who began his journey Solving society problem through his critical thinking ,invented light bulp (thomas edison)

A person who used to post 2 videos on YouTube reached 2 millions subscribers yesterday (Ali abdaal)

We can find similar pattern in every individual life.

Before beginning your journey, think harder about the your destination and relate your decision and action upon it.

Thinking about long term goals will make your decisions and actions more effective.

A week Break

A week break from smartphone. Have you ever wondered why we are not able achieve our goals even though keeping all efforts ? The common cliche is that we have been surrounded with enormous distractions which prevent us achieving any goal especially when we have smartphone. I have been counting phone usage hours per day since last 2 months. The amount of time spend on smart phone is ridiculously high which is relatively 4 to 5 hrs on average each day respectively. However ,I have decide to take break from smartphone for a week. In order to focus on real priorities and improve productivity. It's hard to give up using phone for a week.
