The desire to learn and grow will have a profound impact on our lives. Those who tend to read and adopt such a mindset usually have enormous opportunities for success. More importantly, they developed a very unique habit. The major setback for not learning in life has more to do with priority and less to do with busyness. However, acknowledging the facts and implementing priority every day lead us to progress rapidly and efficiently. Those who achieve any worldly success have daily and consistent habits of reading or doing persistent courses just to improve their ability to perform better and raise their overall standard potential. Procrastination. plan to quit your job, Plan to visit and do some adventure with loved ones, Plans to start up your own company, Plans to start a YouTube channel. Or finally plans to start a healthy workout routine. Why do you think these kinds of plans are getting delayed day by day, month by month, and year by year? Because, either we are waiting for the right time   ( right is a myth ) to do things or we are just making excuses to run away from those plans and eventually choosing to procrastinate. The longer you wait, the bigger the regret becomes and will begin to hunt you down in your night dreams. Go out. Make time. And, live your life. Shaik Thanks

P & P The one who has more perseverance and patience is more likely to go far in life. Perseverance :- Someone who relentlessly tries to achieve goal even after many failures. Patience :- In my view, patience is not something which you wait for a result. Rather it is an ability to get up once again and move forward with a strong mindset.  We are more likely to lose faith in patience as we encounter consistent failures. However, understanding about failures and getting up again leads to better results. Most importantly, never lose faith in yourself before others do. The more you have patience and perseverance quality, the more likely that you will achieve greater things. Because every great achievement requires an insurmountable enduring and patience level. For instance,  Scientists and entrepreneurs. It's not about "how you get there" or " How to achieve your goal"? It's always about " how long can we endure, or are we capable enough to stand still ...

Busy is a decison.

Busy is a decison. You don't find a time to do things. Rather you make time for important things. However, today's world where everyone seems relentless busy and have no time for important things such as working out, calling friend, or to read book. You don't find time unless you think something is extremely important and therefore you are more likely to make time to complete your priorities. Moreover, it's not about making time or finding time for something. It's more about making priority at first and then putting efforts to complete it. So, unless you don't put something on your list as priority. You are just wandering around waiting things to happen in other words being complety and utterly delusional. Unique yet most important habit

The only factor that distinguishes between successful and uunsuccessful. The majority of people prefer inconsistency over consistency. However, those with perseverance mindset have relentless desire to achieve their goal. Hence, they are more likely to show consistency in every endeavour. While, Consitent people are more likely to be successful. They wake up early, Go to bed early. Focus on health Focus on daily goals. Build deep and strong relationships. And, finally cultivate more and more healthy habits such as reding. On the other hand inconsistent people are usually unsuccessful. Because, they have terrible routine, no healthy habits, no concern about own health and well-being and finally poor relations. The only factor holding us back is our own bad habit of inconsistency. The First Principle

The first Principle   No matter what others say to us - It's always a choice what to conceive and which thought to reject. However, a society is now become extremely skeptical mindset which can lead to profound impact on your thinking. The most important skill one can develop is to filter the words coming out from others. Accepts which seems appropriate to you or your situation and kindly, reject all unnecessary thoughts in other words detach mostly you and your thoughts from others. The one who accomplished anything in life are not those who have listen to people rather are those who trust their own insticts. When Henry Ford was trying to build car. People often come up to him and say : we don't need wheel vehicle with Engine. Just add some wheel to our faster 🐎horse. In conclusion:- he proved every single person wrong and invented the first ever graced on earth motor vehicle. Society goes where crowd goes. ONE IMPORTANT YEAR

One Year - Can change your life. No matter, what I say or write in this blog but, the main purpose is to be as consistent as possible. Regular efforts which includes even a small activity per day. For instance, you may start walking 10 minutes everyday prior or after your meal. Keep continue atleast one year. It's not about doing long time it's about showing up daily. Showing up even when you don't feel like it. Showing up even when you are tired. Showing up even when you have no mood or interest. Developing a habit of consistency is a root to achieve greater health, wealth and peaceful life. So, I have made commitment to myself to show up to daily to writing this blog. And, I will continue until the end of 2024. Important :- You will have to show up atleast 90 days before expecting any sort of outcome. Neil gaiman ( famous author) has developed a habit of showing up daily and sitting in front of table with pen and paper. Without doing anything just letting hims...

How to become a inconsistent ?

What causes to be inconsistent ? Suppose, you have been putting daily small efforts to achieve your desire goal and out of no such reason. Things slowed down and apparently you show no interest whatsoever due to multiple things at your hand. Maybe you are not as excited to continue any longer. Maybe you have not sense even a tiny victory since you started your way. Maybe your focus have shifted to some other tasks. Or maybe you have just quit. While, expecting good outcome is a natural instict of human nature. Having said that, it requires a tremendous efforts of six to one year daily. If you start something new - try to continue atleast six months before expecting result. Whether it's about health, habits , skills , or creating or doing something new. When you feel low. Do little Do it regularly. Take a rest if you need , but never quit. Shaik Thanks

The only rare thing we find is ?

You can find everything, Except ? The world is surrounded by massive population with each and everyone with different and unique mindsets. However, there are only few people who can actually speak about hope. Treasure those who encourage you in every step of the way. Treasure those who can speak to you with kind words. Treasure those who listens to you without any particular reason. And finally, Treasure the one who is always looking out for others unconditionally. You may find everything abundantly. But, you may find hopes, positivity and kindness very rare. I hope you may find all of the above people in your life. Thanks Shaik

will you start again ?

Will you do it all over again ? Hypothetically speaking, people who achieved anything whether it's about financial- wealth , physical health or perhaps the mindfulness in other word extreme peace. All of them have gone through series of failures even after multiple consistent and sincere efforts. The question here :- How will you react when you face such situation or worse when you are completely down and out of the game ? The usual way to deal is to go through some sort of depression or sadness and gradually move up to the ladder or start again. While, many argue the point that it may be extremely painful to begin or to walk again once you have fallen down. As for as my experience goes - initially failures used to break my heart or completely shattered in many ways. But things are fine and I realized it's just a part of life so be more comfortable and move on with life. This blog is not about reading it's about making you realize or to think. Do people Change their behavior ? Or they do not ? Perhaps, we lost touch with our school buddies or often teachers. Who has taught us ,guided us and literally made who we are today. On the one hand, It is a possibility that we choose ourself to be busy and move with our lives preogessively and eventually forget to keep in touch with our beloved people. Conversely, we achieved position, gained enormous success and fame. While doing so we developed a sense ego or skeptical mind-set or started comparing status between us or them, drawing lines towards people which made them to turn away from us. As I was discussing with my friend(  Tejas , someone who I find pleasure talking to ) today at park. He emphasis the point stated that "Everyone in life will change their behavior" once they gained little bit success or atleast taste of success. Change your questions ? Change your destiny ? It's not about what you want out of life, It's about what are you willing to struggle in order to achieve your desire goal. Study :- Usually, all students wants to achieve higher grades ? Q) Are all students willing to study consistently over 8 hrs with rigorous focus by de-cluttering daily live distractions. Health :- Everyone we know is concern about maintaining health or getting into muscular shape ? Q ) Are they willing to endure all the pains and remove unhealthy dietary from their daily routine and finally sticking to long-term plans? Wealth :- The entire world population wants to become billionaire or millionaire regardless their personal reasons ? A Road to Choose.

High road  We tend to choose easy roads or easy ways in life just to achieve goal without having realized about any moral values. More often we say or do things unintentionally which causes the enormous pains to others. Here are some questions:- 1) what do you do when someone insult you in public ? 2) what would you do if someone laughing at you ? 3) what if someone curse you ? 🀬 Would you still be polite and mind your own business or would you prefer to take any actions ? These questions cannot be answered in written forms , but can be expressed through actions therefore defines your personality as well. The one who shows compassion , be polite and kind to others even after being insulted and finally who shows patience accomplish many things in life hence preferred to choose high road. You are strong enough.

You are Strong, You are enough, You are strong enough. Perhaps,your things are not going on our way in other words, you are enduring something to achieve for a long time but hasn't yet accomplished. Every person has different timelines. It's quite okay to feel sad and become melancholic about it. However things will change and ultimately will bring better outcomes. So keep going. Yesterday was history

You have got to leave your past behind There is a saying :- yesterday was history ,tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift 🎁that's why it is called the "PRESENT". The guilt of past is constantly holding us back to go forth and to try something new or we are too afraid to fail. The more we think about past moments , the more we find ourself to sink into deeper and deeper every day. However , leaving things behind in contrast can lead to peaceful mindset therefore things will improve dramatically via productivity. Every individual has some sort of past to overcome. It's natural to feel some emotions as long as you will move passed by those emotions and keep going in life. To be honest , I have many things to feel guilty and to be sad about my mistakes or the  precious time wasted over the years. Finally , I have made peace with myself in other word reconciled my own self and approaching everyday with optimistic mindset. May be it's an opportunity to reconcile. Ma...

Negative force ( first day - 1st Blog )

Why Not begin from negative enforcement ? The world 🌎 has around 8.5 billion population within which around 1 billion keep new resolutions in each new year. But the real question here - How many would able to succeed by the end of year ? The answer - very few. One of the major factor why people fall apart in the beginning of the process is that they try to do things in correct order. However at first things go well but gradually will lose consistency and then give up. So , I would rather go from bad to good then great. At first make as many flaws you can and suddenly you will feel guilty and that moment of realization will fuel deeply enough to be more persistent than ever. Making resolutions can have tremendous impact on your new lifestyle but forcing towards achieving can be enormously painful.
